Our products have been developed by Brian Welsby, who is a biochemist with 25 years of experience in sports nutrition, Brian was the first to develop supplements to improve recovery and did a lot of ground work for Weider, the first US company to ever enter the EU market with supplements 25 years ago.

Interestingly Brian is a holistic thinker and all his products are based on using only natural ingredients. The formulation are the result of 25 years of intensive scientific research. He since has developed entire ranges of supplements for many sports nutrition and health nutrition brands and still works with all of them to improve their products on a regular basis.

Brian has researched the specific biomechanics and metabolism in athletics extensively and he found that if you combine the right nutrients (short chain & long chain carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, fatty acids) with the right combination of metabolic co-factors (vitamins, minerals, enzymes) into one products, you get better metabolic results than providing just nutrients. He also found that vitamins and minerals isolated from natural products get absorbed, transported, stored and utilised better than chemical vitamins and minerals. Together with the Grow Company in the USA he developed a process in which they were able to isolate vitamins and minerals from yoghurt. These are used in all our products. These vitamins and minerals are unique and patent protected.

He also found that in most athletes intestinal health is compromised leading to poorer and incomplete absorption in the digestive tract. He formulated his products using pre-biotics and pro-biotics in order to make sure that the bowl remained healthy safeguarding optimum absorption. We have included natural food fibers that promote growth of healthy bowl bacterium in nearly all our products.

Our key products is Breakthrough, a product taken religiously by all our athletes. Paula Radcliffe called it her 'key-prop'. Breakthrough is given exclusively to all athletes we work with an is unique in the sports world. It provides an athlete with a high level of all the key nutrients needed in top performing conditions. It raises the metabolism, boost the immune function, aids rapid and complete recovery, provides a healthy bowl function (often deplored by those surrounding the athlete), improves focus and awareness and protects against overtraining and fatigue.

Our energy drink, recovery products and whey protein products are similar to some other good products in the market, although we use mostly natural ingredients. Our newest product is b.Power, specially developed for powerful sports like rugby and heptathlon. It is a state-of-the-art lean muscle mass and power product formulated using the latest research and again our natural yoghurt based vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.
