Mohammad has also won the Fire & Ice Ultra in Iceland as well as numerous other Ultra Marathons, so he knows exactly what nutrition you need to see you through these challenging foot races.
We’ve put together Meat options and Vegetation options together that would be ideal for desert races but would work for other Ultra’s as well. We also put together another pack for 250km multi-day races. All packs include breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as energy bars and snacks for continued energy release.
